Lest We Forget
Thousands of people turned out across the district on ANZAC Day to remember those who have served in armed combat for Australia and New Zealand.

Soldiers, returned service personnel and the wider community joined together across the Region to recognise those who have fought, served and perished in war with the Australian Defence Force.
People had the opportunity to pay their respects everywhere, with services held at Oakey, Jondaryan, Kingsthorpe, Goombungee, Acland, Biddeston and Maclagan.

In Oakey, thousands attended events, with hundreds participating in the annual march down Campbell Street prior to the main service.
